Return Policy

Please Note:

We do not offer free returns — return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your Lunéa piece, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, your order must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all components included.

  • Normal handling is acceptable; damage due to improper care or misuse is excluded.

  • Hygiene-related products must be cleaned prior to return.

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately upon receipt.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Once your return has been received and inspected, processing typically takes up to 7 business days.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.


How to Initiate a Return

To start your return process:

  1. Email us at hello@dlunea.com with the following details:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • A clear photo (if the product is damaged or defective)

    • Full name and delivery address

  2. Our support team will provide the correct return address.
    Please do not return items to the sender’s address — this will delay your process.

  3. Once received, we will confirm the return and issue your refund if eligible.


Cancellations

We operate through a fully automated fulfillment system. Orders begin processing immediately upon placement, and as such:

  • Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipment, it cannot be canceled.

If your order has already shipped, please wait to receive it and then follow the Return Process outlined above.

If you wish to cancel an order already in transit, please contact us with proof of shipment or tracking confirmation so we can assist efficiently.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund excluding original delivery costs (and excluding any upgraded shipping fees such as Fast Insured Shipping).
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods and will be credited to the original payment method used for purchase.

All returns must be sent to our warehouse in U.S. at the customer’s expense.
