Return & Refund Policy
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original sealed packaging
- With all original tags, inserts, and chapter card intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, are missing original packaging or inserts, or do not otherwise meet the conditions above.
How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@dlunea.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we'll send instructions for shipping the item to:

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your tracking number, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. The item remains your responsibility until it arrives at our facility.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@dlunea.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Gift cards
- Items not in original sealed packaging
- Items returned outside the 30-day window
Gift Returns
If you received a LUNÉA piece as a gift, you may return it for store credit equal to the purchase value. Store credit is issued to the recipient and the original purchaser will not be notified. Contact hello@dlunea.com to start a gift return.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different piece, please return your original item following the instructions above and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
If more than 10 business days have passed since refund approval and you haven't received your refund, contact us at hello@dlunea.com.
